Waste water storage
The CSI Wastewater storage (Container ISO 1CX, ⅓ height) is designed for storage and collection of wastewater.
When operational, the container is placed close to an ISO 1C Sanitary Container, an ISO 1C Laundry Container or an ISO 1C Kitchen Container System and connected with pipes and hoses. The capacity of one septic tank is approx. 6.5m³. To maintain the functionality of the septic tank in extreme low temperatures, the container is equipped with a self-regulating heating cable in the floor part, which prevents the contents of the tank from freezing. The sewage tank is equipped with two cleaning holes for inspections and cleaning of the internal stainless-steel tank. Ventilation ducts for venting the tank above the level of the olfactory zone are part of the container.
The internal stainless-steel tank is made of welded stainless–steel sheets 3 or. 4 mm thick, reinforced to resist internal overpressure from the collected wastewater. Inlet/outlet openings are the part of the tank. The inlet opening at the tank is equipped with Storz 110-A stainless steel outlet. The tank has internal breakwaters for fluid stability during transportation.
It is made in Stainless steel with ISO corners according to ISO 1161. Front and side walls (frame filling) are watertightly welded in 2 or 2.5 mm thick steel sheets. The roof of the container consists of a 2 mm thick steel sheet.
The floor consists of a sandwich construction with a thickness of 150 mm consisting of one layer of XPS insulation with a thickness of 40 mm.. The floor is thermally insulated with XPS to protect the container against moisture, access of insects and various vermin.
- The container has 16A/230 V connector with IP 67 protection as the main power supply.
- Two cleaning openings are located on the upper surface of the stainless-steel tank.
